Senior/Ambassador MLK Jr. Freedom March Parade & Day of Service, Jan 21
InshaAllah, on January 21, 2019, 9:30AM to 3PM, the Seniors and Ambassadors have been invited to volunteer with the America’s Islamic Heritage Museum to participate in the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Freedom March Parade and the Day of Service. The museum will provide 500 hot meals and hot drink station stands along part of the parade route in partnership with Islamic Relief USA. Girls will pass out food and drinks and have the opportunity to walk in the parade.
Girl Scouts will be required to wear their uniform as they will be representing their troop. Girls MUST let Sis. Aaliyah know by Friday, January 18 if they will be participating.
