Brownies will earn the World of Girls Journey at the Chesapeake Children’s Museum in Annapolis, MD. In this workshop, Brownies will complete Hear a Story, Change a Story, Tell a Story, and Better World for Girls, with a service project at the museum. Upon completion they will be eligible to receive the four-part World of Girls Journey badge set to place on the front of their vest.
Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the event. Girls should:
- arrive at Chesapeake Children’s Museum by 1:30PM,
- wear weather-appropriate clothing (we may go outdoors), white hijab, and Brownie vest,
- eat lunch before drop-off and bring a bag-dinner.
Please complete the permission form and bring it and $12 to the October 13 troop meeting inshaAllah.
