Cadettes will have the opportunity to get archery training on October 18, at Camp Brighton Woods. Girls should wear close-toed shoes and bring a jacket, notebook, pen/pencil, mess kit, and prayer rug. Lunch will be provided.

This two-hour event offers active hands-on opportunities. Join nurses from our region to “Come Explore Nursing” as a career and learn ways of leading healthier lives. What can nurses do? Why do people choose nursing as a career? In what areas can nurses practice? How healthy am I? What can I do to stay healthy?
Girl Scout Engineering Saturday (GSES) is a program for local Girl Scout troops in Maryland and the Washington metropolitan area. Cadettes and Seniors (grades 6-10) engage in fun hands-on activities and earn the Women in Engineering Girl Scout Engineering Saturday patch. This program is offered twice a year in February and October. There is a $10 registration fee for each participant to cover lunch and the cost of patches.
