We’ll be celebrating this year’s adventures and challenges with a fun-filled Field Day, Sunday, 31 May at Fairwood Park, 10AM – 1PM inshaAllah. There will be double dutch, kickball, Chinese jump rope, hopscotch, Chinese jacks, hula hoops, tug of war and even an obstacle course!
This is a drop-off event for Troop 3480 Girl Scouts — no tagalongs please — and parents who would like to volunteer to set up, serve, supervise for safety, and clean up.
Note: Sis. Kesha will be accepting Early Bird Registrations at the Field Day. Bring exact change or a check: $15 per girl or volunteer.

There’s no troop meeting this Friday. Join Girl Scout Troop 3480 instead for a lively, crafty FUNraising evening at Color Me Mine in Downtown Silver Spring, 6:30 – 10pm. Twenty-five percent of the sales for the evening will go to Troop 3480 to help fund activities and trips. The discounted studio fee is just $20 per table so bring the whole family, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, neighbors and coworkers inshaAllah.
