On Your Own: Cookie Program Aide, Nov 15

cadetteProgramAideGirls will participate in the Program Aide leadership training course, one of the three requirements for earning the Cadette Program Aide Award. This course will specialize in the Cookie Program. Girls who attend will then receive priority in becoming a mentor for Cookie College! Lunch and a Cookie College Patch are provided. Girl Scouts’ Highest Awards: Go For It!

Part of being a Girl Scout is earning awards. Each award has guidelines, requirements, deadlines and workshops to help you get started and define your vision. Girls can work as a team or solo, along with the help of their troop leaders/advisors.

bronzeAward75x75The Girl Scout Bronze Award symbolizes a Girl Scout Junior’s commitment to recognizing her responsibility to her community as she connects with others to make a difference.
silverTrefoilAwardThe Silver Trefoil Award is a GSCNC award that focuses on community service. A girl may receive this award by providing 100 hours of service to the international and Girl Scout communities, as well as the local and federal government.
