Troop 3480 Juniors Year in Review

Alhamdulillah, Troop 3480 Juniors have had a fruitful year. Other than troop-wide activities like Service Unit Encampment, Service Unit Skate Night, Color Me Mine Fun-raiser, Cookie Sales Program, The Magic of Spying at the International Spy Museum, and Troop Field Day, Juniors have had an active and adventurous year working on the badges and activities they collectively chose at the beginning of the 2014 – 2015 Girl Scout year.

Girl Scout Song of the Month: Great Big Moose

Girl Scouts love to sing songs — at a meeting, on a hike, or around a campfire. Watch Great Big Moose, learn the lyrics and hand movements, and teach it to your troop. Use it in your opening or closing ceremony.

Great Big Moose

lyrics:

There was a great big moose!
Who liked to drink a lot of juice.
There was a great big moose!
Who liked to drink a lot of juice.
Singin’ oh way oh
Way oh way oh way oh way oh
Way oh way oh
Way oh way oh way oh way oh

The moose’s name was Fred.
He liked to drink his juice in bed.
The moose’s name was Fred.
He liked to drink his juice in bed.
Singin’ oh way oh
Way oh way oh way oh way oh
Way oh way oh
Way oh way oh way oh way oh

He drank his juice with care,
but he got some in his hair.
He drank his juice with care,
but he got some in his hair.
Singin’ oh way oh
Way oh way oh way oh way oh
Way oh way oh
Way oh way oh way oh way oh

Now he’s a sticky moose
Who likes to drink a lot of juice
Now he’s a sticky moose
Who likes to drink a lot of juice
Singin’ oh way oh
Way oh way oh way oh way oh
Way oh way oh
Way oh way oh way oh way oh
