What: Calling all girls in grades 6-12 to help the Girl Scout Council say thank you to our donors for their generous support this year. Come to the Council office in Washington, DC to join other Girl Scouts and staff in making thank you phone calls to donors as well as creating posters to be displayed at camps to let our donors know how their gift is making a difference for girls. You can earn council service hours for your hard work and lunch is provided.

On Saturday, April 11th, The George Washington University is hosting a great, FREE event called STEMosphere®, which is part of a larger event for educators called Share Fair. STEM = Science, Technology, Engineering, Math. STEMosphere® is a huge expo of fun, hands-on, interactive STEM-inspired activities and education methods for a PreK-12 audience. Exhibitors include NASA Aeronautics, Discovery Education, the Smithsonian Science Education Center, First Robotics and more.
