No Girl Scout Meeting Tonight, November 16th

This is a quick reminder that since we are having our field trip tomorrow morning, there will NOT be a Girl Scout meeting tonight. This was noted in the 1001 Inventions field trip post, however a couple of parents may not have read all of the details.

Insha-Allah, we will see you all tomorrow morning. Please review the 1001 Inventions post for all of the details concerning tomorrow’s trip.

Parents who are not attending the field trip as chaperones are encouraged to attend the PGMA General Body Meeting at 10:30AM.

JazakumAllah Khair,

Troop 3480 is Unified in Uniform

Along with the vests, parents should purchase these essential items:

Troop Meeting and Bridging Ceremony This Friday, October 5th!

As Salaam Alaikum Parents and Girls!

MOVING ON TO NEW ADVENTURES

InshaAllah, Troop 3480 will have its first Bridging Ceremony this Friday, October 5th!

What is Bridging?

Bridging is an important transition in a Girl Scout’s life. It’s a defining moment when a girl becomes aware of her achievements and is ready for new adventures and responsibilities. Celebrating this change should be fun, personalized, and memorable for everyone involved. And most of all, it should be designed by the girls in true partnership with adults. This year’s Bridging Ceremony was planned by Troop 3480’s Juniors. The Juniors will be welcoming the most transitioning girls into their level with the Bridging of 7 Brownies!

All girls from all levels will participate on Friday, however the following girls will be acknowledged during the ceremony for moving to another level:

Brownies to Juniors:
Amirah A.
Amirah M.
