All parents / guardians of girls registered in Troop 3480 should plan on attending a mandatory parent meeting on Friday, 22 June 2012, at 6 p.m. in classroom 2 at PGMA.
We are thrilled to have your daughter as a member of Troop 3480. Everyone has a part in this endeavor to help build girls into strong leaders. Your girls and the troop leaders need you to do your part by staying informed and connected to the scouting experience.
We will be disseminating ALL updates and information through PGMAGirlScouts.org. If you have not already signed up to receive email updates, please do so right now: scroll to the bottom of this blog and enter your email address under where it says “Keep In Touch!” Click the Follow button. You will receive an email asking if you wish to subscribe to this blog. Click “Yes” and you’re done. We promise we won’t share your email address or clutter your inbox. We’ll just keep you up-to-date on what’s happening with Troop 3480.
Just a few reminders until we can connect at the parent meeting:
- Girls Scouts must be signed in by 6 pm and signed out by 7:30 pm by a parent or adult guardian / representative for every meeting.
- Girl Scouts must come to meetings in the proper uniform. To purchase a Girl Scout vest or tunic (for Daisy Scouts) visit GirlScoutShop.com or contact Troop Manager Alia at alia [dot] kemet [at] gmail [dot] com.
- Parents must sponsor a snack during meetings in rotation as determined by the Snack Mom.
- Parents must complete and return Girl Scout health forms.
