PLEASE NOTE: This event does not take place at the museum on the National Mall.
Come and explore exciting science activities during the Girl Scout Day at the National Air & Space Museum, Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center! Take the controls of a flight simulator, see the Space Shuttle Enterprise, experiment with the forces of gravity, and speak with women scientists and engineers all on the same day. Presenters from the museum, Federal Aviation Administration, National Capital Astronomers and many more make this a unique opportunity.
Patches may be purchased online for $1 per patch. Please make sure you also register for the event. Patches will be available for pick up at Registration Check-In the day of the event. Troops have the choice between Morning Check-In at 10AM and Afternoon Check-In at 12:30PM. Registration will close on March 6, 2013.
